I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. If you're wondering why Yahoo won't play ball with you because you're trying to work through their system to get your business off the ground, it's probably because they either think you're a spammer or (more likely) because they don't want you working their turf. There's probably something in Yahoo's Terms of Use that prohibits your using Yahoo's service for any business solicitations whatsoever. If you haven't already double-checked the fine print in the T.O.U., you should do that before you approach them again so you don't take a risk of getting your account suspended.
